Choose random, everyday phone photos of the same baby. Include a few face close-ups and a few full-body photos with hands and feet visible.
Lying-down photos work too. For a sleeping baby, use a clear, firm, flat infant sleep space and keep them on their back. Take the photo from beside it, keeping your phone out of the baby’s space. See our simple photo-safety guide.
Choose baby girl or baby boy in the chat. We can create different poses, outfits, backgrounds, and themes from your source photos—leave the styling to us.
Choose clear, front-facing photos of your baby in good lighting. Show the body, hands, and feet where possible, and choose a pose you would like to keep.

Look for clear, ordinary moments. A softly lit face, a favourite blanket, or a quiet cuddle can be a useful starting point. There is no need to arrange a professional shoot for a source-photo request.
For newborn portraits, choose 10–15 phone photos in good lighting. Include face close-ups and full-body views with hands and feet visible. For monthly baby, family and sibling portraits, choose 4–5 front-facing photos total. Leave out images with faces hidden or too much motion blur.
Where possible, choose the original image from your phone instead of a screenshot. Avoid filters that substantially alter features or colours. If you are sending a family request, make sure every person is clearly represented.
Remove accidental duplicates, check that the files open, and confirm you have permission to submit every photograph. Our photo guidelines keep the complete checklist in one place.
From quiet neutrals to a garden mood, explore the possibilities for a collection that feels like home.
Would you like the collection to feel calm, playful, or a little dreamy? Choosing a few words can be easier than choosing a detailed setup.
Warm ivory, gentle textures and quiet backgrounds keep this sample collection simple. It is a lovely direction when you want the subject to take the lead.
Botanical shapes and muted greens give this theme a natural mood. Soft floral accents can add a little colour without making every photograph feel busy.
Muted blues and storybook details make room for a more imaginative collection. The catalog uses labelled illustrations to show this palette. The studio reviews each finished photo collection before delivery.
Our catalog gives you a feel for the collections the studio can prepare. You do not need to select a theme before uploading. The studio organises your finished portraits into categories in My gallery.
Think about the photograph, the space, and the feeling you want to return to.
A bedside table, a shelf or a wall each asks something different of a frame. Think about where you will see the photograph and what already sits around it.
A 10-inch digital frame lets you keep a collection together on one display. Our digital frame costs US$149 and includes 10 newborn photos, 5 family photos, 5 sibling photos and 5 baby photos each month, arranged manually with the studio. Our 8 × 8-inch print sets cost US$10 per photograph, with a minimum of six prints.
Different frame proportions can crop the same portrait differently. Before production, the studio confirms the selected image and square crop with you. Look for room around faces, hands and feet, and ask the studio to check the original file dimensions for the chosen print size.

Public guides and product pages are open to everyone. Your source photos, conversations and delivered collections belong in your signed-in account.
Choosing photos only creates local previews in your browser. When you review the request, confirm your permission and select Send to studio, your selected files are uploaded to the site’s private cloud storage. An interrupted upload can leave a saved draft containing the files that arrived successfully.
Your signed-in account and the studio owner can access your source photos. Customer access is checked on the server for every request and image. The studio processes the photos manually and publishes gallery previews for your account.
The service stores the source files, your submitted conversation and request notes, your account identifier and email, the selected baby girl/boy option and milestone month where applicable, request status, and any delivery files the studio uploads. Digital-photo and physical-product carts and purchase records are also stored for your account. Physical orders include the delivery and contact information needed to arrange your order. Original source files can contain metadata from your phone. Avoid unnecessary personal information in your notes.
The studio uploads watermarked gallery previews and attaches matching original files separately. Publishing makes previews visible to the customer. Original downloads require a verified purchase for that account. A preview without an original is browsing-only. Purchased originals remain available when the studio temporarily edits a gallery; deleting the collection also removes its downloadable files.
Files are kept until you or the studio owner delete the request. An open checkout must be resolved before its files can be deleted. Automatic expiry is not enabled. The Delete collection control removes its saved conversation, stored source photos, delivery files and request record. Photos already downloaded by the studio must also be removed from the studio’s processing tools or local copies separately.
Your confirmation permits storing and processing the photos for your private request. Public marketing examples require separate permission. The website does not send photos to an LLM, advertising network or tracking service.
The owner can upload shared sponsor videos and product images. Until configured, placements show labelled examples. Media is hosted on this website, and no advertising-network tracking is connected. Optional sponsor links open an external website only when selected. Opening or reopening a category starts its assigned sponsor video again. A labelled product-image ad appears after every three portraits, rotating through the images assigned to the category. The sample walkthrough is saved only on this device and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
Baby Lovin records first-party engagement events for signed-in accounts, including ad video playback, ad views and link clicks, photo views, photo-cart additions and visits, and checkout activity. Records include the account identifier and email, event time and type, and relevant ad, category or photo identifiers. They are visible only in the owner’s Studio desk dashboard. Baby photographs are not sent to advertisers. Sample walkthrough activity is excluded, and purchases are counted from verified orders rather than a browser button click. Engagement records and transaction records are separate from the photo files. Deleting a photo request also removes engagement events tied to that request. Account-level cart visits and payment records remain for reporting. Automatic expiry is not configured.
Service information, the journal, public catalog, product pages and contact information can be viewed without signing in. Your saved chats, gallery, carts, order details and original downloads require your account. Studio desk controls are restricted to the owner. Images selected for public product and guideline pages are separate from customer uploads.
Visit Contact Baby Lovin for the studio’s published contact options. Payment and delivery information is shown before checkout when those services are configured.
