When your photos are sent
Choosing photos only creates local previews in your browser. When you review the request, confirm your permission and select Send to studio, your selected files are uploaded to the site’s private cloud storage. An interrupted upload can leave a saved draft containing the files that arrived successfully.
Who can access them
Your signed-in account and the studio owner can access your source photos. Customer access is checked on the server for every request and image. The studio processes the photos manually and publishes gallery previews for your account.
What the site stores
The service stores the source files, your submitted conversation and request notes, your account identifier and email, the selected baby girl/boy option and milestone month where applicable, request status, and any delivery files the studio uploads. Digital-photo and physical-product carts and purchase records are also stored for your account. Physical orders include the delivery and contact information needed to arrange your order. Original source files can contain metadata from your phone. Avoid unnecessary personal information in your notes.
Gallery previews and masters
The studio uploads watermarked gallery previews and attaches matching original files separately. Publishing makes previews visible to the customer. Original downloads require a verified purchase for that account. A preview without an original is browsing-only. Purchased originals remain available when the studio temporarily edits a gallery; deleting the collection also removes its downloadable files.
Retention and deletion
Files are kept until you or the studio owner delete the request. An open checkout must be resolved before its files can be deleted. Automatic expiry is not enabled. The Delete collection control removes its saved conversation, stored source photos, delivery files and request record. Photos already downloaded by the studio must also be removed from the studio’s processing tools or local copies separately.
Use of your photographs
Your confirmation permits storing and processing the photos for your private request. Public marketing examples require separate permission. The website does not send photos to an LLM, advertising network or tracking service.
Sponsor placements
The owner can upload shared sponsor videos and product images. Until configured, placements show labelled examples. Media is hosted on this website, and no advertising-network tracking is connected. Optional sponsor links open an external website only when selected. Opening or reopening a category starts its assigned sponsor video again. A labelled product-image ad appears after every three portraits, rotating through the images assigned to the category. The sample walkthrough is saved only on this device and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
Engagement measurements
Baby Lovin records first-party engagement events for signed-in accounts, including ad video playback, ad views and link clicks, photo views, photo-cart additions and visits, and checkout activity. Records include the account identifier and email, event time and type, and relevant ad, category or photo identifiers. They are visible only in the owner’s Studio desk dashboard. Baby photographs are not sent to advertisers. Sample walkthrough activity is excluded, and purchases are counted from verified orders rather than a browser button click. Engagement records and transaction records are separate from the photo files. Deleting a photo request also removes engagement events tied to that request. Account-level cart visits and payment records remain for reporting. Automatic expiry is not configured.
Public pages and your account
Service information, the journal, public catalog, product pages and contact information can be viewed without signing in. Your saved chats, gallery, carts, order details and original downloads require your account. Studio desk controls are restricted to the owner. Images selected for public product and guideline pages are separate from customer uploads.
